I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and was truly impressed with the level of luxury and comfort provided. The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is conveniently close to the city center, shopping center, and a shopping mall. It was so convenient to take a walk to the local traditional market and nearby shops. The hotel staff also provided excellent room service and were quick to assist with any requests I had. They even offered car hire and dry cleaning services, which made my stay even more convenient and hassle-free. The amenities in the room were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a separate sitting area and a dressing area. I also appreciated the in-room safe and trouser press, which added to the convenience of my stay. the hotel's location and quality services truly enhanced my experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The service is wonderful, staff are friendly and helpful. Comfy rooms with great river views. Convenient location near shopping plaza and Islamic Centre Samarinda.

Great value for money with large and clean rooms. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, one of the best I've had in Indonesia. the hotel staff was friendly and helpful in solving any issues that arose during our stay. the key location is convenient for business travelers, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions.
The shower drain didn't work well and caused flooding in the bathroom. the lighting in the shower was insufficient and there was a bad smell coming from the drain.

I loved the location of this hotel as it was close to everything. It was easy for me to take a walk to the local traditional market and explore the shops. The breakfast provided had a good range of options and I was spoilt for choice. The staff were very friendly and accommodating which made my stay even better.
Almost perfect, but I must say that this hotel needs to improve their cleanliness. The hotel facilities were not up to the mark and the parking area was congested.

The room was not up to my expectations. The bedding was stained and had holes, which made for an uncomfortable stay.
